At CAWL, we always place animals in the best fit home. Never on a first come first serve basis.

Adoption hours are every Saturday from 11 am to 3 pm. All other times are by appointment only.

Want to Help CAWL?

We are always in need of volunteers to do animal caretaking, adoption counseling and even just walking our pups. If you want to help, you can volunteer, foster, or even donate some simple supplies or check out our wishlists!

We like to showcase a special cat and dog each month that we know you will LOVE.

Meet Finn!

Finn is friendly young boy about 1 yr old. He is a little shy but very sweet. Fin was part of a seizure in VA and spent some time in a shelter there.

While under our care, we have discovered he has a playful side to him! He would benefit being in a home with another dog that is confident and can help him.

Finn is shy with young children as he is fearful. A home with older kids would be best for Finn.

Meet Harriet!

Harriet is a lovely tabby who likes to relax! She is approximately 3 years old and does well with other cats.

She is a friendly and playful girl who would do best in a home without small children (she likes to take it easy). If you are looking for a sweet companion, look no further than Harriet!

Come and visit Harriet on Saturdays from 11 - 3 during our adoption hours!
